Ingredients

Serves : 20
  • Sugar 2 cup


  • Water 1 cup


  • Ghee 2 tbsp


  • Kaju / Cashewnuts 250 gm

Directions

  • Heat a pan
  • Put the sugar and water
  • Make a paste of the kaju
  • Now put that in the syrup
  • Stir for 10 mins
  • Put 1 tbsp of ghee
  • Now take a plate put 1 tpsp of ghee
  • And spread the kaju batter
  • As it cools down cut them into pieces
